*1st appointment please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork
Booking Your First Appointment:
* I only book on line so please do not leave me a voice message unless you have a question about your treatment or extending it with any of my wonderful extras! I will still ask you to book on line.
* Please go to "Contact Me" in the upper right hand corner and send me an email with the following information:
1. Cell Phone number
2. Expiration Date and 8 Digit Bar Code number
3. No dates please but specific times and days during the week you are available. (Example: Mon, Tues, Wed 9-1)
4. I strive to accommodate everyone and I will book you on my first available opening you requested!
5. I get cancellations and if you are available at 24 Hour Notice please let me know and I will try and get you in sooner!
6. I will follow up with an email back as soon as possible and will also call you the beginning of the week of your appointment to confirm in order to give you plenty of time to re-book if needed.
7. I require 24 Hour Cancellation Notice please, thank you so much!
8. No eye makeup please..gives me more time to spend on your skin treatment rather than on stubborn mascara...lol
9. FYI! I have been informed by clients that they were unaware their emails were not going thru using their IPhone's, they were still in their "Out Box" even though it said "Sent" !
I am experiencing the same thing so now I only email using my laptop.
DIRECTIONS:
*I know this is way to much info..lol...but many new clients are getting lost using their GPS or being directed to another shopping center by Goggle. I want you to arrive happy and excited not frustrated because you were lost. So please bear with me, I will try and make it brief...lol
*I am located on Marguerite Parkway and Mission Viejo Town Center, 5 lights past Mission Mall or 2 lights past Avery Parkway/5
*Pier One, World Market, Pure Barr, Luscious Lashes, Starbucks are in this shopping center as well.
*I am upstairs above the bank and come thru the 3rd door on the left leading inside the building to Suite #214. My name "Spa for the Soul" is #4 on the door.
